Brewed using only local Yamaguchi prefecture rice by a brewery named after one of Japan's top three famous bridges, the Kintaikyo Bridge. This sake has a soft water brewing process which results in a gentle and sophisticated aroma, high-quality umami flavour, and a soft and light mouthfeel. The slightly elevated clean acidity tightens the overall taste, creating a clear and refreshing flavour profile. It can be enjoyed cold as well as warmed to enhance its deliciousness further. |
