Nate Shuzoten, founded in 1876 and located in Kainan City, Wakayama, is a historic sake brewery known for its commitment to traditional methods. Using local spring water and contract-grown rice, over 95% of its production is premium junmai sake. Its flagship brand, "Kuroushi" (Black Bull), is celebrated for its rich, smooth flavor and has won numerous awards, including international recognition.
