Kirishima

Kirishima Shuzo is one of Kagoshima's best-known shochu makers, based in Miyakonojo in the shadow of Mount Kirishima. Best known for its Kuro Kirishima imo (sweet potato) shochu, the brand is a favourite throughout Kyushu and beyond, valued for its smooth, rounded character.
