The Konishi family has a long history of sake brewing, dating back to 1550 in Hyogo Prefecture. Konishi Shuzo, the brewery, continues this tradition, preserving traditional brewing techniques while using locally grown rice and water to produce high-quality sake. Their flagship brand, "Hakutsuru," is widely loved both domestically and internationally.
