Koyama Honke Shuzo was founded in 1808 after its founder mastered brewing techniques in the famed Nada and Fushimi sake districts before discovering excellent spring water in Saitama. The brewery combines inherited craftsmanship with modern quality control across a large, state-of-the-art facility.
