Hakutsuru Sake Brewing Co., Ltd. is a traditional Japanese sake brewery based in Hyogo Prefecture. Founded in 1743, it has a long history and is a well-established sake producer. Hakutsuru is very famous for its sake production and is widely loved both domestically and internationally.Our range includes the elegant Ukiyoe Junmai Daiginjo, smooth Tokusen Junmai Ginjo, and creamy Nigori-sake Sayuri Junmai, along with speciality Umeshu and sparkling Blanc styles — perfect served chilled or warmed alongside sushi, sashimi, and grilled dishes.
