• We ship our parcel by AU Post.

Sending alcohol with AU POST

• Parcels with Signature on Delivery require a signature from someone over the age of 18. An identification check may be required if the individual looks under 25.
• Drivers reserve the right to refuse delivery at any time.
• A driver may not deliver a parcel with ATL if they deem it unsafe to do so, and this is at their discretion. when you pick up your parcel, you need to show your ID.

Pick up

We are sorry, but we are not accepting pick-ups for orders at the moment.

If the item is damaged when you receive it, please take some photos and contact AU POST or us.

The photos are needed to claim and we can resend new item.

2. the parcel label (clearly showing the reference number)
3. the damaged item
