Tantakatan is a uniquely Japanese shochu infused with shiso (purple perilla) leaves grown in Shiranuka, Hokkaido, and distilled by Godo Shusei in Asahikawa. Unlike typical rice or sweet potato shochu, Tantakatan is defined by its fresh, herbal character — delicate floral and fruity notes up front, with subtle hints of blueberry and ginger, and a gentle spiced finish. Enjoy it chilled, on the rocks, or mixed with soda for a refreshing, aromatic highball. Its clean, uplifting profile makes it an easy introduction to shochu for those who enjoy gin or floral spirits. 20% ABV, 720ml.
