Ginza no Suzume Shiro-Koji is a 100% barley (mugi) shochu from Yatsushika Shuzo in Oita, crafted with traditional white (shiro) koji for a clean, approachable style. It has a smooth, gentle taste with a faintly earthy aroma that lets the quality of the barley shine through, unclouded by heavy oak or smoke.
