This Junmai sake is crafted using a low polishing ratio to bring out the rich, full-bodied umami of the rice. It is brewed with pristine natural spring water drawn from 180 meters underground. By using a whole-grain polishing method, unwanted bitterness often associated with lower polishing is minimized, resulting in a clean and well-balanced finish. It features a gentle aroma reminiscent of freshly cooked rice, along with a smooth, mellow texture and deep, satisfying flavor.
