The "Hakuba Nishiki Junmai" has been added to the lineup of classic Hakuba Nishiki sakes. The label features an icon of the alpine plant Usagigiku (Rabbit Daisy), which grows naturally in the Northern Alps, and this design symbolises the "Hakuba" (White Horse) in the name.

The aim was to create a design that allows those who visit this area—or those who wish to visit—to feel the natural beauty of the Northern Alps.

This Junmai sake has a rich umami and depth characteristic of pure rice sake, with a smooth and velvety texture that spreads across the palate. A subtle yet refined sweetness can be sensed, while a well-balanced acidity complements the robust rice flavour. The aftertaste is clean and crisp. It’s an approachable yet profound sake, perfect for everyday meals.
