This sake was specially created for entry into both domestic and international sake competitions. The toji (master brewer) has used their full expertise to craft this exceptional bottle. The moromi (fermentation mash) is placed in a hemp sack, and with no pressure applied, the sake drips drop by drop, resulting in an unpressed brew. The result is a sake with a refined, smooth flavour and a delicate, fragrant aroma.

Serve chilled in a wine glass to fully enjoy its vibrant, fruit-like aroma and its rich umami, balanced by a crisp, refreshing taste.
