In the heart of Nagano Prefecture, this junmai sake is brewed using Kokuyo no Mizu, an ultra-soft water sourced from Wada Pass. The brewing water is naturally filtered through a bedrock of Kokuyo-seki (black obsidian), a natural ceramic. This results in a silky-smooth, refreshing sake with a crisp finish—truly a gem in flavor.

It pairs well with a variety of dishes, including shrimp shumai, grilled fish and fresh oysters. However, it is especially well-suited for lightly seasoned dishes.
