Sushi chefs and their mates take on the challenge of cultivating Gin no Sato sake rice! Brewing sake that pairs well with sushi and Japanese cuisine using the sake rice they've grown themselves, Gin no Sato.

They crafted this sake using only the core part of the locally sourced "Gin no Sato" rice, polished down to 60% to remove any unwanted flavors. The result is a clean, smooth taste with minimal quirks. It's used the 1801 Ginjo yeast strain, renowned for winning gold awards at the National New Sake Appraisal. It features fruity and vibrant aromas. Best enjoyed well-chilled.
