Since its foundation in 1752, the Daishichi Shuzo brewery has dedicated itself to the most orthodox and traditional brewing method of sake, the 'nama-moto-zukuri' method. This is a limited edition sake only available at this time of year, made by refrigerating and maturing the representative sake of Daishichi, 'Nama-moto Junmai', in its raw state.
